About Me

Hi, I’m Matthew Godshall, a Christian life coach based in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. I feel incredibly blessed to spend every day helping young men find clarity and direction while integrating faith into their lives.

A little about me: I hold a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Wesleyan University, and I’ve completed coach training with Creative Results Management. I am currently finishing my International Coaching Federation (ICF) certification.

Before focusing on coaching, I spent five years in the professional world, including serving as a coach for a team of 15 people, which helped me develop skills in listening, mentoring, and guiding others toward meaningful growth.

My coaching style is about 70% open exploration and 30% targeted discussion. While I promise to always keep an open mind, my clients appreciate my observations, which can give them additional jumping off points for their own reflection.

Outside of coaching, I’m active in my church community — co-leading a young adult men’s group, serving in English as a Second Language classes — and am an avid reader/writer/thinker. These experiences enrich my perspective and keep me grounded in the faith that shapes how I coach.

If you’re looking for a thoughtful, faith-centered approach to personal growth, I’d love to walk alongside you as you take meaningful steps toward the life God has called you to.
